Jewelry Care
Your jewelry will last if it is treated with care and respect. Put as much effort into caring for your piece as I put into making it. None of my jewelry should be worn in the shower, swimming pool or the sea.

Try not to tug or snag jewelry when removing, it's best to have someone help you when putting on and removing jewelry.

The jewelry containing leather will stretch over time, making it easier to put on and take off and give it more mobility.

When not being worn, keep them safe. Silver jewelry can be cleaned with a silver jewelry cloth, purchased at a jewelry store or supermarket. Anti-tarnish jewelry bags are great for storing silver jewelry.

Returns and Exchanges
Of course I hope you'll love your Gaudie Shop purchase, but I understand it's difficult to tell exactly what your getting without seeing it in person before ordering. If you don't like the piece, you may return it within 7 days of receiving it, for an exchange or full refund, as long as you return it in it's original, undamaged condition. You will need to make sure it arrives safely at Gaudie Shop in order to receive your refund, so package it and send it securely. If it is not returned in undamaged condition, I cannot guarantee a refund. In any case, please email me ahead of time to confirm arrangements. I will respond by email when item is received and give you notice that your refund is in process.

If you accidentally damage or break your piece. I may be able to repair it for you if you return the piece with all the beads and components for a fee depending on the type of item. Contact me with questions and details. You will need to pay for postage in both directions.

CUSTOM ORDERS
If we agree on a custom order and special materials are required for me to purchase, first, I will ask for a 50% deposit, with the remaining 50% due at the time of shipping. If you find something on this site that you would like to order, but you want the size changed, please email me with your request before making the purchase, especially if you want it larger, to make sure I have enough matching materials to enlarge it.

Please check the sizes given for each product before purchasing to avoid having to send it back because it doesn't fit. Necklace, bracelet, and earring lengths are given in inches. You can measure your favorite pieces of jewelry to get an idea of how the different lengths will fit you, but remember that the larger the beads, the more space they take up, and therefore the more length is needed.

I am happy to make or remake bracelets to give you a good fit. (For larger bracelets, I may charge a bit more.) Measure your wrist with a measuring tape held snugly (not tight) on the part of your wrist you want the bracelet to rest. Let me know the measurement so I can judge how long to make the bracelet. The bracelet generally should be 3/4" to 1-1/2" longer than your wrist measurement, depending on the size of the beads, and how loose or snug you like to wear your bracelets.

I will keep an open communication with you on questions or progress on custom orders. I may email pictures or proofs to make sure you like what I am doing.

Payment is accepted through PAYPAL either by logging into your account or with credit card.

Privacy policy: Credit card payments are accepted through PAYPAL. This ensures the security of your credit card information. The only information Gaudie Shop is provided with by PAYPAL is your name, email, postal address and details of your order. This information will not be shared with any third party.

Shipping
All of our Shipping Rates are calculated based on the quantity of items you are purchasing, I use USPS for shipping because it can be tracked and it has a flat rate depending on the size of the envelope or package, therefore 1-3 items purchased are on one rate and charges go up with package size after that. You can receive a quote by placing items in your cart and entering your shipping zip code.

USPS Priority Mail® Flat Rate Options

1-3 items purchased have a USPS flat rate in the United states of $5.50.

Internationally: Canada or Mexico rates for 1-3 items $12.95. Anywhere else internationally is $16.95

4-more items purchased are a USPS flat rate in United States of $11.50

Internationally: Canada or Mexico rates for 1-3 items $32.95 . Anywhere else internationally is $60.95

All standard USPS orders are shipped within 5 business days from the date the order is placed. Once shipped, domestic packages should arrive within 1 to 5 business days and international packages should arrive within 6 to 10 business days.

Technical Problems
If you experience problems adding or viewing your cart using Safari follow the instructions below:
From the Safari menu bar click Safari / Preferences then select the Autofill tab.
Click Edit next to: Other forms. Delete all the url's related to the Gaudie Shop site.
This should work but if it doesn't try this:
From the menu bar click Safari / Reset Safari. Select the top 7 boxes, click Reset.
